- Vertical Connection Tolerance is within 1.8mm
According to the test result, the loading can reach at least 94% when the maximum allowance is 1.8mm; whilst, if the other brand allowance is 3.0mm, the loading only can reach 50%. The higher the scaffold assembled, the less the loading can bear.
- Vertical Connection is Through” Cross Section”, rather than “Point”.
We use high-precision circular sawing machines to ensure the tubes are cut precisely. This allows for no visible gap between the tube connections, making the cross sections of our tubes are perfectly smooths.
- Vertical Deviation at 0.3%
It is on par with ACI 117-06, the permanent concrete structure which below 25.4m height, the vertical deviation need to be controlled within 0.3%, the less vertical deviation, the less influence on eccentric bending moment.
- High Tensile Steel STK500 & Hot Dip Galv.
The tubes are made of high tensile steel “STK500”, precise specification. All the components are hot dip galvanized for longevity use. Ring System Scaffolding complies with EN 12810-1 certification which is your reassurance that it is the best of the quality.

Adapting to Diverse Work Environments
Working platforms and access towers, a subset of light duty scaffold, are particularly well-suited for jobs that demand agility and adaptability. Let's take a closer look at the versatility of mobile tower scaffolds.
1. Painting and Maintenance
Mobile tower scaffolds are for light duty work is the go-to choice for painters and maintenance crews. Their ease of mobility allows workers to access various points of a building or structure with minimal hassle. This mobility not only saves time but also enhances safety by reducing the need for constant assembly and disassembly.
2. Electrical and Plumbing Work
For electricians and plumbers, facade scaffolding system provides the perfect platform for working at heights. These scaffolds offer stability and security, ensuring that professionals can carry out their tasks efficiently without compromising safety.
3. Light Construction Projects
In light construction projects, where the emphasis is on speed and efficiency, access platforms/towers shine. Their lightweight design and quick setup make them an invaluable asset, enabling workers to complete projects on schedule.
Why Choose SUCOOT® Light Duty Scaffolding?
Now that we've explored the versatility of working platform/access tower, let's highlight the advantages of opting for light-duty scaffolding in your projects.
1. Cost-Effective Solution
With the features of easy assembly/disassembly, safety and stability, it can save time and costs at work. Light duty scaffold is a cost-effective alternative to its heavier counterparts. Its affordability makes it an attractive choice for small to medium-sized projects where budget constraints are a consideration.
2. Easy Maneuverability
The mobility of r mobile tower scaffolds simplifies the process of accessing different areas of a worksite. This feature not only saves time but also reduces the physical strain on workers.
3. Quick Setup and Dismantling
Time is of the essence in the construction industry, and mobile tower scaffolding delivers in this regard. These scaffolds can be assembled and disassembled quickly, ensuring that work can commence promptly.
4. Safety First
Safety should always be a top priority on construction sites. Light facade scaffold is designed with safety in mind, providing stability and support for workers operating at heights.
